UK Power Networks have announced they have allocated more than £27m across 115 locations for Flexibility Services. - They have published the revenue ranges per year of service and translated these ranges in indicative £/MWh rates to support your understanding of the potential revenue opportunity in Appendix 6 – Flexibility Zones Revenue Ranges document.
- As for the Low Voltage zones, they have simplified our approach in order to procure smaller volumes of flexibility solutions. They have reduced the minimum participation threshold to 10kW, offering more flexibility on service commitment and setting the price in £/kW to make the commercial proposition more user-friendly.
- Companies have until Monday 2 March to register assets for the upcoming tender onto the Piclo platform at https://picloflex.com/. The bidding phase will be held in late March.
