Do you have a good idea for reducing carbon emissions in your area? Are you keen to find out what is going on nationally and how the North East is aiming to meet these challenges? Did you know heating is one of our greatest climate change challenges?

Durham Energy Institute, Durham County Council, North East LEP and Community Energy England would like to invite you to a FREE workshop designed to explore the potential of motivated communities and local authorities in the North East to contribute to the energy transition, the challenges they face and what is needed to catalyse the development of community-led energy projects across the region.
