Ofgem's Network Price Controls Open Hearings (RIIO-ED2)

15/03/2022to 25/03/2022

Hearings will be held online to make it as easy as possible for stakeholders to participate. Each of the hearings will focus on company-specific issues, based on the company’s business plan.

Ofgem set price controls for the companies that operate the gas and electricity networks in Great Britain (GB) using the RIIO Framework. RIIO involves setting Revenue using Incentives to deliver Innovation and Outputs. As part of RIIO-2 Ofgem has developed the way it engages with stakeholders to strengthen the voice of consumers both in setting the price control and in the day to day operation of the network. The open hearings are part of this enhanced engagement strategy.

A detailed agenda and key themes for each hearing will be published in due course. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

Registration is currently limited at two per organisation.
