To ensure the safety of members and supporters, Community Energy England's Annual General Meeting will be held online this year, so you must register here in advance if you would like to attend. We welcome attendance from both members and non-members, but only members are able to vote. Please book your place here.
Membership is at the core of what we do, and our AGM is a great opportunity to learn more about our governance, input into our direction and engage with us on what matters to you.
Community Energy England members are invited to vote online for directors in accordance with one member one vote, view and discuss our annual accounts and hear updates from our activities over the last year.
The agenda will include:
- Minutes of the 2019 AGM
- Reports by the Chair and Chief Executive
- Draft financial accounts 2019
- Election of Directors
- Any other business.
